On April 07, Central New Energy Holding Group Limited (01735.HK) (hereinafter referred to as "Central New Energy") signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Sama Tech Ventures L.L.C (hereinafter referred to as "Sama Tech") for the purpose of establishing a long-term cooperation mechanism for decarbonization information sharing, business development and project cooperation in the Middle East, and jointly exploring green energy investment opportunities in the UAE and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region.
